Phildesco® Inc Coconut Cream is made from 100% fresh coconuts. An emulsion of water and coconut meat, our cream is a smooth-flowing, opaque, creamy white liquid with a 22-24% fat content. In a marketplace saturated with blended products, we offer only pure, unadulterated, aseptically-processed coconut cream. Used as a dairy-free alternative to heavy cream or half-and-half, our Coconut Cream makes a great dairy replacement or as a flavor and texture enhancer in many dishes, especially curries, soups and desserts.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
